The appointee will join a highly motivated and competitive multidisciplinary team addressing high-burden diseases, including among others HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, neglected and emerging tropical diseases and respiratory infections in low and middle-income countries. The focus is on phase II\/III and large-scale global health trials which range from new diagnostics, treatments and vaccines to strategies of health care delivery.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will contribute to the design of trials and quality observational studies, support the development and deployment of statistical tools applicable to a broad range of clinical and laboratory-based research and conduct analyses of data.
