Doctoral Researcher Positions in a Small Data Collaborative Research Center\r\n\r\nThe newly founded Collaborative Research Center (CRC) 1597 \"Small Data\" at the\r\nUniversity of Freiburg, Germany, is inviting applications for\r\n \r\n** 31 doctoral researcher positions (f\/m\/d) **\r\n \r\nstarting on October 1st, 2023. The positions will be funded by the German Research\r\nFoundation (DFG) until June 2027.\r\n \r\nOur CRC is highly interdisciplinary, integrating data-driven and knowledge-driven\r\nmodeling approaches from computer science, mathematics, and statistics\/systems\r\nmodeling, to create comprehensive solutions for tackling small data settings,\r\nprimarily in biomedicine. Biomedical applications, such as in forensic medicine,\r\ngene therapy, nephrology, psychiatry, radiology, or rare diseases, will be\r\ninstrumental for validating the newly developed methods.
