The post will include contributing to trial protocols, developing statistical analysis plans, and conducting statistical analyses. The post-holder will also be expected to do a small amount of teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Wolfson Institute of Population Health harnesses expertise across a wide range of population based research and education activities and aims to be an internationally recognised centre of excellence in population health, primary care and preventive medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The post-holder will work in the Centre for Evaluation and Methods (CEM), a thriving centre that incorporates collaborative units who work to deliver outstanding research based on their combined and complementary strengths. The post-holder will contribute in particular to the Pragmatic Clinical Trials Unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About You<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should have an MSc or higher in statistics or similar, and previous experience of providing statistical input in healthcare research, as well as a good understanding of clinical trial design in applied health research.
